Cancellation Policy:
- Once you accept a proposal, payments are non-refundable.
- If you wish to cancel a service before accepting a proposal, you may do so without any charges.
- Requests for cancellation must be sent via email to support@swiftlogic.in.
- In case of disputes, please reach out to our support team for resolution.
Refund Policy:
- If we do not start your project, we will process a refund within 7 to 14 working days.
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@swiftlogic.in with proper details.
